Kratos Applications is a two-person software studio. This policy covers this website, kratosapplications.com: what data it collects, where that data lives, and who can see it. We do not sell personal data, we do not run ads, and we do not share data with brokers. Each of our applications has its own privacy policy on its own site.

This website

The site is hosted on Vercel. It sets no cookies and has no accounts. Two things happen when you visit:

  • Hosting logs. Vercel, our hosting provider, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations.
  • Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure performance. Both are cookie-free and anonymized; nothing is tied to you as a person and nothing follows you to other sites.

Fonts are served from this site itself, so no third-party font service sees your visit.

The contact form

The form on the Contact page collects your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message. We use them only to reply to you. Nothing you send is used for marketing, sold, or used to train AI models, and we do not add you to any list.

  • Delivery. The form is processed by a small function on Vercel, which also sees your IP address and browser type, and applies a rate limit to block abuse. The message is then sent to us through Resend, an email delivery service, which keeps a delivery log for 30 days. Both companies are based in the United States.
  • Storage. The message arrives in our two work mailboxes, hosted by Microsoft 365. We keep it while the conversation is active and delete it 12 months after our last reply.

If you email us directly instead, only the storage part applies. To have a message deleted sooner, ask from the address you wrote from.
