Software for the life of the parish.

Koinonia: Parish Life is a parish management and communication system for Orthodox communities: organization, events, and member coordination in one place.

One place for parish life.

Three areas of work, one system. We're laying the groundwork now; details will sharpen as the build progresses.

  • k/01

    Organization

The administrative spine of a parish: records, roles, and responsibilities kept in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.

  • k/02

    Events & services

Services, feasts, and meetings on a calendar the whole community can rely on, with attendance and planning handled alongside.

  • k/03

    Member coordination

Who serves, who attends, who needs care. The quiet coordination between people that keeps a community running.

Designed with parishes, not just for them.

We're mapping the actual rhythms of parish life in conversation with Orthodox parishes: schedules, communication, member care. Then we're figuring out which of those rhythms software should support, and which it should stay out of.

That order matters. The communities come first; the system takes its shape from them.

Where it's heading.

The shape of the work ahead. Phases move when the work is ready, not when a date says so.

This phase
  • Parish calendar and member roles, end-to-end
  • Concept designs maturing into working surfaces
Next phase
  • Pilot with selected Orthodox parishes
  • Communication around services and events
On the horizon
  • Member care and coordination tools

Recent updates.

We share the shape of the work without exposing its internals.
